Level 4 Productions allowed Product Of Neglect Art Collective Ltd. to bend some lines around their usual thursday night at Saphir, in Montréal. As testement to the quality sound systems of the city, it was hard to get a steady image on the camera with all the frequencies running around. Romeo Kardec, Miss Molly, Melon, and Syndikit all took turns playing records.
